Services

We provide plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance primarily in Dhaka and surrounding areas. Availability depends on technician schedules and emergency demand. We may decline work outside our expertise (for example specialised gas-line licensing) and will say so clearly.

Quotes & pricing

Estimates are given in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If additional work is discovered after we start, we stop and get your approval before continuing. Parts prices may vary with market supply; we will flag that when relevant.

Access & appointments

Please ensure building access at the agreed time. Missed appointments without reasonable notice may need to be rescheduled subject to availability. For gated buildings, arrange visitor clearance in advance.

Workmanship

Any warranty offered for a specific job will appear on your invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, third-party alterations, unrelated system failures, or damage from events beyond our control (e.g. major floods).
